Refunds & Returns Policy

At Holly & Bunny, we stand behind what we sell. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right - simple as that. 


Change of Mind Returns 

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. 

To be elibible: 

  • Itmes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition 
  • All original packaging must be intact 
  • Proof of purchase is required 

Return shipping costs are the respnsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We'll cover return shipping and offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund - whichever is most appropriate. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. 


Exchanges 

if you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order to secure stock and returning the original item for a refund. 


Non-Returnable Items

For hygine and safety reasons, some items may not be eliginle for return. These will be clearly marked at the tiem of purchase.
